Growth opportunities We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and managing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures, as well as excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
The Manufacturing Supervisor will also be responsible for training and developing employees, ensuring that production targets are met, and creating strategies to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Ensure safety protocols are followed.
Manage and coordinate the activities of production personnel.
Monitor and adjust production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate records of production activities.
Train and develop staff to maximize their potential.
Develop and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
